Four finalists for the position of dean of the College of Arts and Sciences will interview on Ohio University’s Athens Campus during the week of April 1.
As part of the interview process, the University community will have an opportunity to interact with the candidates during open forums where they will deliver a brief presentation and answer questions from students, faculty and staff.
Open forums for all students, faculty and staff will take place on the following dates and times. All of these events will also be live-streamed to anyone with a University ID and password, and ASL interpreters will be provided. - Tuesday, April 2 from 3:30 p.m. -5 p.m. in Bentley 227
- Wednesday, April 3 from 3:30 p.m. -5 p.m. in Bentley 227
- Thursday, April 4 from 10:30 a.m. -noon in Friends of the Libraries Room
- Friday, April 5 from 3 p.m. -4:30 p.m. in Bentley 227
Feedback on each candidate will be solicited anonymously of all students, faculty and staff via an online survey.
The search firm is allotting time for finalists to notify their employers of this opportunity. We will share more information about each candidate in the coming days.
