In conjunction with the Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library and the Ross County Chapter of the NAACP, OHIO Chillicothe will host a Black History Month program on Thursday, Feb. 19, at 6:30 p.m.
On display through Thursday, Feb. 26, the exhibit brings together artwork and historical artifacts on loan from the Ohio Valley Underground Railroad Museum. An opening reception will be held Tuesday, Feb. 10.
