Culinary Services implements its Employee of the Month program

Ohio University’s Culinary Services knows that its employees are the heart of their organization, and acknowledging their effort is a way of saying, “We care.” As a result, Culinary Services has introduced its Employee of the Month program, an initiative aimed at applauding the efforts of its employees who go above and beyond.

The program recognizes exceptional performance by employees whose work sets the standards for excellence and are supporting the greater goals of Culinary Services and Ohio University.

Patti Barnes, director of Auxiliaries Support Services, said, “Culinary Services’ vision is to proactively ensure exceptional customer-focused services, proudly delivered by an engaged, dedicated team. The Employee of the Month program is intended to recognize those exceptional employees that contribute to our success by going above and beyond the normal expectations of their job.”

Any OHIO employee may nominate a Culinary Services employee for this award using this nomination form or via the Culinary Services website.
