OHIO employees invited to virtual sessions for College of Business graduate programs

The College of Business is offering virtual lunch and learn sessions that will provide information to OHIO employees about graduate degrees and certificates. Employees can use their educational benefits for these programs, and they are all available in convenient delivery formats for working professionals.

The September lunch and learn schedule is as follows:

  • Online MBA and Professional MBA: Tuesday, Sept. 22, from noon to 1 p.m.
  • Online Graduate Degrees and Certificates: Tuesday, Sept. 29, from noon to 1 p.m.

Register now to learn more about these opportunities.

Both the Online MBA and the Professional MBA offer online coursework, but the major difference between the two programs is that students in the Professional MBA attend monthly residencies on the Dublin Campus. These residencies help students build their professional network and engage with faculty and peers in collaborative projects and presentations. The face-to-face component is perfect for those who want more interaction with faculty and other students.

The online Graduate Degrees and Certificates session will focus on several of the other online programs that are available, including the Master of Science in Management, Master of Business Analytics, and Master of Accountancy. The eight online graduate certificates are ideal to help students expand their knowledge and skills in business analytics, human resources management, management and leadership, and more.

An additional benefit of the certificates is they can be applied toward the Master of Science in Management and other graduate business degrees. This allows students to sample graduate-level coursework if they are not ready to commit to a two-year master’s degree program.

Register now! For questions about the information sessions or College of Business graduate programs, contact Elana Harnish at harnishe@ohio.edu or Kathy Wilson at kwilson@ohio.edu.
