Transportation and Parking Services announces spring semester updates on parking permits, transit services

Ohio University’s Transportation and Parking Services has announced information about spring semester parking permits and transit services for students, faculty and staff. 

Faculty/Staff Parking – Transportation and Parking Services has extended the suspension of payroll deductions through spring semester. FY20 faculty/staff permits will continue to be honored beyond their expiration date of June 30, 2020 to support faculty and staff who need parking access while on campus. 

New employees and faculty/staff who have discarded their FY20 parking permit should contact the Transportation and Parking Services Customer Care Center at tps@ohio.edu or 740-593-1917 to coordinate parking access. An update on FY22 parking will be provided at a later time.  

Student Parking – Spring semester residential and commuter parking permits are currently available for request via the Transportation and Parking Services Parking Portal.  

Spring Transit Services – The following transit services will be available to support student and faculty/staff travel throughout spring semester. 

                CATS – Daily Campus Shuttles: On-demand Monday – Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

                CATCAB – Paratransit: Monday – Friday 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

                Bobcat Pass – Athens Public Transit Partnership

                Charter & Fleet Rental Services – Approved travel requests only
