OHIO provides Concur security updates for mobile

As announced in December, the Concur Mobile App now offers Single Sign On (SSO); therefore, Ohio University implemented a new sign-on method, effective May 24, 2021 after 6 p.m.

This SSO enhancement will deliver an improved user experience and a more secure connection. After 6 p.m. on May 24, users of the mobile app will no longer use a PIN to log in but will need to enter their University credentials (OHIO email address and password).

You will need to complete the following steps the first time you log-in to the mobile app:

Mobile Authentication

Concur offers a mobile app to all users. By using this app, you can book and manage itineraries, capture and track mileage, record receipts and create, submit, and approve expense reports. The app is available for download in your phone’s app store. For more details and how-to training, please review the December article.

When you open the mobile app, you will see the login screen below to enter your OHIO email address.

Sign in using your OHIO email address and password and click Next. You will be directed to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) page. If you have selected “remember me for 30 days” in MFA, you may not see this page each time you log in. You’re now ready to work in the Concur mobile app.

Visit the OIT website for more information about using Multi-Factor Authentication
