Hearing, Speech and Language Clinic offering hearing aid demonstrations

Ohio University's Hearing, Speech and Language Clinic is offering hearing aid demonstrations on the Athens Campus during the 2021-22 academic year. The demonstrations are by appointment only and will take place at Grover Center.

Community members are invited to listen to the latest technology and have questions about hearing aids answered by HSL students and a hearing aid representative. Appointments are available on the following dates:

• Nov. 15, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Feb. 16, 2022, between 1 and 4 p.m.
• March 16, 2022, between 1 and 4 p.m.

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association recommends adults get their hearing and speech screened at least once every 10 years. Anyone interested is encouraged to call 740-593-1404 to make an appointment. For more information, visit ouhearingandspeech.com.
