PUBLIC HEALTH UPDATES

Senate resolutions
OHIO faculty, staff and students are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Student Senate and Graduate Student Senate have passed resolutions in support of this University requirement.

Testing with symptoms
If you experience COVID-19 symptoms, do not visit asymptomatic testing centers on the Athens campus. Follow the OHIO COVID-19 Protocol for symptomatic individuals.  

Vax deadline Nov. 15
Depending on which vaccine you choose, it could take four weeks to get both doses. Take steps this week toward meeting OHIO's Nov. 15 vaccination deadline. The exemption application is due Nov. 1.
