Moms Weekend campfire with Outdoor Pursuits

Moms Weekend is coming up on April 8-10, and Outdoor Pursuits has put together a perfect opportunity for OHIO students and their moms to explore all that our local Mother Nature has to offer. 

On the evenings of April 8 and 9, Outdoor Pursuits will be hosting campfire and stargazing events at The Ridges. Participants will meet at Ping Center and depart at 8 p.m., to hike to The Ridges. Once there, the evening will consist of roasting marshmallows, spotting constellations and listening to tales of the night sky and Ridges lore while sipping hot chocolate. The event will conclude at 11 p.m.

The registration fee for each event is $10; transportation, instructors and snacks are provided. Participants should dress appropriately for a light hike and bring a water bottle. Registration and additional information can be found online at RecShop.ohio.edu.
