OhioLINK and Intercampus Delivery Services resumed May 1

University Libraries announced that the OhioLINK delivery services resumed on Sunday, May 1, 2022, meaning OHIO faculty, staff and students can now request materials from OhioLINK member libraries via the OhioLINK Central Catalog. Users are also able to request materials from all Ohio University campuses through the ALICE Catalog.

OhioLINK transitioned to a new courier service in April due to unsatisfactory service from the previous courier, which resulted in a six-week pause in the state of Ohio’s lending services. University Libraries staff recognizes how this transition disrupted many researchers’ ability to request materials and appreciates the OHIO community’s understanding during this challenging time.  

“May 1 marks the 27th anniversary of the OhioLINK lending program,” George Cheripko, library support specialist and coordinator of the service at Alden Library, said. “I’m excited to return to our historically great service to our customers.”
