Ohio University Board of Trustees to meet April 6-7

WHAT: The Ohio University Board of Trustees meeting

WHEN: Thursday, April 6: Executive Committee will meet at 9 a.m. and is anticipated to proceed directly into a closed Executive Session. Committee meetings will be held from 10:40 a.m. through 3 p.m.

Friday, April 7: Committee meetings will convene from 9 a.m. to 11:20 a.m., with the main Board meeting beginning at 11:35 a.m.

WHERE: All Thursday and Friday meetings will be held in Walter Hall Room 104 on the Athens Campus.

MEDIA AVAIL: A media availability session will occur in Walter Hall 127 following Friday’s main Board meeting. Note: We ask any journalist/outlet planning to attend this session (either in person or over the phone) to RSVP to Samantha Pelham at pelham@ohio.edu no later than 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 7. If no RSVPs are received, this media availability will not be held.

DIGITAL STREAMING AND AGENDA INFORMATION:

Thursday, April 6 at 10:40 a.m.: The Board of Trustees’ Academics and Student Success, Governance and Compensation and Audit and Risk Management Committee meetings will be streamed via audio.

Friday, April 7, at 9 a.m.: The Board of Trustees’ Resources, Facilities and Affordability Committee meeting and the main Board meeting will be streamed via audio.
