The Ohio University Foundation renews its Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator
The Ohio University Foundation has earned yet another Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator. The 94/100 rating for FY22 – the most recently released data from Charity Navigator – represents a continuation of its FY21 award, and designates The Ohio University Foundation as an official “Give with Confidence” charity, indicating that it is using its donations effectively based on Charity Navigator’s criteria.
“The Ohio University Foundation is committed to ongoing donor accountability and transparency, and we’re thrilled that Charity Navigator continues to recognize the Foundation’s strong financial health with its Four-Star rating,” said Nico Karagosian, Vice President for University Advancement and CEO of the Ohio University Foundation. “This designation demonstrates our ability to translate our donors’ generosity to a lasting impact on the student experience at OHIO.”
Charity Navigator is America’s largest independent charity evaluator since 2001. Charity Navigator analyzes nonprofit performance based on four key indicators. Currently, nonprofits can earn scores for the Impact & Results, Accountability & Finance, Culture & Community, and Leadership & Adaptability beacons.
