University FlexSpace at The Ridges to transition to Building 19 beginning July 15

Beginning July 15, Ohio University employees can work and collaborate at a new FlexSpace location at The Ridges on the second floor of Building 19. 

University FlexSpace currently located at The Ridges Buildings 13, 14 and 18 is anticipated to go offline beginning June 1 and transition to studio spaces for the College of Fine Arts as a part of its ongoing facilities renewal strategy. 

Making a FlexSpace reservation at The Ridges this summer

Before June 1: Employees who wish to utilize the existing FlexSpace in Buildings 13, 14 and 18 at The Ridges may continue to do so via OHIO’s EMS scheduling tool until June 1. 

Between June 1 and July 14: Employees utilizing FlexSpace throughout June and early July are encouraged to explore existing FlexSpace options at Grosvenor West and Lindley Hall. 

Beginning July 15: The temporary FlexSpace in The Ridges Building 19 (second floor) will officially become available, providing multiple areas for employee use and/or reservation, including:

• 23 semi-private workstations
• A meeting room
• Informal collaboration spaces
• A break room

Additional details regarding reserving FlexSpace at The Ridges after July 15 will be shared with the University community in the coming months.
