Volunteers needed for Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremonies

Ohio University is looking for volunteers to support the Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremonies.

The Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremonies will be held in the Convocation Center on Friday, May 2, at 9:30 a.m. for the graduate ceremony, and on Saturday, May 3, at 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. for the undergraduate ceremonies. 

In order to volunteer to help at Commencement, please sign up at this website.

Registered volunteers will receive email communications from Event Services staff regarding assignments and volunteer training opportunities. Refreshments will be available for all volunteers on Friday and Saturday.
