OHIO Business Service Center celebrates employees with family event, award recognition

The OHIO Business Service Center hosted a carnival-themed employee appreciation event on June 18. The event included games for the entire family, face painting, music and employee highlights. 

Also at the event, six staff members from the Business Service Center were presented with awards. This year’s award winner are:

  • Outstanding Customer Service – Leslie Scripp
  • Impact Award – Bill Cherry
  • Visionary Award – Kelsea Bolin
  • “Cups and Ice” Initiative Award – Lorinda Collins and April Butterworth
  • Leadership Award – Kelly Broughton

Vice President for Finance and Administration David Moore and OHIO Business Service Center Executive Director Heather Krugman presented the awards. 

“I am so incredibly grateful to work with such dedicated, skilled people who are also fun to be around. You make coming to work a joy,”  Krugman told staff at the event.

The event was well attended and was appreciated by staff as well.

As Senior Procurement Specialist Amanda Knott said, “Thank you for putting on such a wonderful Employee Appreciation event! It was a lot of fun, and I am very grateful to work for the best department! Congrats to all the award winners!”
