OHIO employees invited to special University Updates event to learn more about ModernThink campus workplace survey results

Ohio University faculty and staff are invited to attend a special edition of University Updates on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 4 p.m. in the Baker University Center Theater, as representatives from ModernThink will lead a presentation on the workplace survey results of the Great Colleges/ModernThink online survey that OHIO employees completed in February of this year.

The presentation will include key highlights from the results of the survey, including areas of strength where Ohio University met or exceeded the benchmark for Carnegie R1 institutions, as well as areas that present opportunities for improvement.

The University plans to utilize the results of the survey to help guide its prioritization of initiatives aligned with the Dynamic Strategy Work Pillar. Additionally, the survey results will help to provide a focus on leveraging strengths to uplift and improve areas where OHIO employees have indicated they are less satisfied with their workplace environment.

Following the presentation, more detailed survey data will be published online, including an overview report provided by ModernThink.
