The Center for Law, Justice & Culture recently admitted 39 more undergraduate students into the Law, Justice & Culture (LJC) certificate program

The LJC certificate serves as a vehicle to give students a holistic understanding of the connection between “law and society” and liberal arts at Ohio University. It’s built for students interested in law, rights advocacy, justice administration, public policy, government, nonprofit organizations, and academic research and teaching.

The certificate guides students through three core courses: POLS 2200 The Politics of Law, SOC 2600 Criminal Justice, and LJC 2000 Core Course for Certificate in Law, Justice & Culture

The program also features 47 elective courses for LJC students to choose from. This includes coursework from African American Studies, Anthropology, Criminology, English, Geography, History, Interdisciplinary Arts, Political Science, Social Work, and Sociology. LJC students must take at least three of these elective courses.
