OHIO to hold ‘University Updates’ event on Dec.3

Ohio University President Lori Stewart Gonzalez will host the next “University Updates” event on Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 1-2 p.m. in the Baker University Center Theater. 

All Ohio University students, faculty and staff are invited to view the event in person or online. The University community will hear updates from:

• Executive Vice President and Provost Don Leo
• Vice President for Finance and Administration David Moore
• Vice President for University Advancement and CEO of Ohio University Foundation Greg Simmons

President Gonzalez is hosting the University Updates events throughout the academic year as part of OHIO’s ongoing efforts to further connections and dialogue in the University community.

The most recent University Updates event was held on Oct. 30, 2025.

Following the Dec. 3 event, all OHIO employees are invited to the President's Winter Employee Appreciation event in Baker Ballroom from 2-4 p.m.
