Ohio University announces Spring 2027 Commencement schedule
As previously announced on April 29, 2026, Ohio University is expanding its Spring Commencement ceremonies to three undergraduate ceremonies to better serve graduating students and their guests. The additional undergraduate ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 2, 2027.
The schedule for the Spring 2027 Commencement weekend is as follows:
- Friday, April 30, 2027, at 9:30 a.m. – Graduate Ceremony
- Doctoral Degrees
- Master’s Degrees
- Saturday, May 1, 2027, at 9 a.m. – Undergraduate Ceremony
- College of Arts and Sciences
- Honors Tutorial College
- Patton College of Education
- University College
- Saturday, May 1, 2027, at 2:30 p.m. – Undergraduate Ceremony
- College of Health Sciences and Professions
- Scripps College of Communication
- Chaddock + Morrow College of Fine Arts
- Sunday, May 2, 2027, at 10 a.m. – Undergraduate Ceremony
- College of Business
- Russ College of Engineering and Technology
Information regarding the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine’s commencement will be shared closer to the event.
To help accommodate guests and make attending commencement weekend more accessible, Ohio University is now also offering limited Guest Housing through the University.
