Christina Beck inducted into Central States Communication Association Hall of Fame

Dr. Christina S. Beck, professor and associate director for graduate studies in the School of Communication Studies in the Scripps College of Communication, was inducted into the Central States Communication Association (CSCA) Hall of Fame at the Association’s annual convention in St. Louis earlier this month. 

Induction into the CSCA Hall of Fame is the highest honor bestowed on members by the CSCA, recognizing members for significant service contributions to CSCA and the communication discipline.

Beck is a Past President of CSCA and Past President of the National Communication Association (NCA). As part of her work as President of NCA, she established the NCA Anti-Bullying Project. Beck also served as Editor of Communication Yearbook, a publication of the International Communication Association.
