
Bestselling authors James Clear, Ryan Hawk to be featured at OHIO event Oct. 1

The Ohio University community is invited to attend a special event featuring bestselling authors James Clear and Ryan Hawk on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
From 2-4 p.m. in Nelson Commons, all students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to be in attendance for a live podcast discussion featuring Clear and Hawk.
Clear is the author of the New York Times Bestseller, “Atomic Habits,” which has sold more than 25 million copies worldwide. He is also the creator of the jamesclear.com website and the 3-2-1 weekly newsletter, and is a well-known speaker.
Hawk, who is an OHIO graduate, has published three books, including the USA Today Bestseller “The Score that Matters – Growing Excellence in Yourself and Those You Lead.” Hawk is also the host of the popular podcast, “The Learning Leader Show.” In addition, he travels the world speaking at universities, large companies and associations about personal excellence, leadership, storytelling, sales, teamwork and more.
The first 100 people in attendance on Oct. 1 will receive free copies of the books by Clear and Hawk.
The event is part of the Raymond A. Lancaster Executive Leadership Speaker Series and is sponsored by the Raymond A. Lancaster Family, The Muck Family Foundation and the Robert D. Walter Center for Strategic Leadership in the Ohio University College of Business.
