OHIO News announces email distribution schedule for 2025 holiday season

University Communications and Marketing has announced its upcoming Thanksgiving and Winter Break Closure distribution schedule for its OHIO News and OHIO Employee News emails.

OHIO News

The weekly OHIO News email, traditionally shared each Thursday with the OHIO community, will pause during the following dates: 

• Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving Break)
• Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025 (Winter Break Closure)
• Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026 (Winter Break Closure)

OHIO Employee News

The weekly OHIO Employee News email, shared with OHIO faculty and staff on Monday mornings, will pause during the following dates: 

• Monday, Dec. 29, 2025 (Winter Break Closure)
• Monday, Jan. 5, 2026 

Both OHIO Employee News and OHIO News will resume their regular distribution schedules beginning with the OHIO News email on Thursday, Jan. 8

Throughout the holiday season, we will continue to share the latest OHIO news and information via OHIO Today at https://www.ohio.edu/news.
