How your feedback is shaping OHIO’s enterprise survey and course evaluation tools

Following the campus wide survey announced earlier this spring, feedback shared by Ohio University students, faculty and staff is now available on the Enterprise Survey and Course Evaluation Project website.

Feedback addressed a variety of areas, with common themes highlighting interest in easy to use technologies that support a wide range of survey and course evaluation needs, from complex research studies to robust reporting for course evaluations.

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will use survey feedback, along with input from interviews and other analysis, to shape the draft Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be reviewed by the RFP committee. OIT plans to share the RFP with vendors in late May. Students, faculty and staff will also have opportunities to participate in vendor demonstrations and hands-on testing this summer.

To learn more about the evaluation process, committee membership and upcoming activities, please visit the project website. You are also invited to join the Teaching and Learning Advisory Community, where faculty, staff and students receive regular updates and have ongoing opportunities to share feedback.
