Participate in survey and course evaluation tool demos, testing in July

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) invites Ohio University students, faculty and staff to participate in upcoming vendor demonstrations and testing opportunities for the Enterprise Survey and Course Evaluation Project.

Attend a vendor demonstration

OIT will host public vendor demonstrations in July via Microsoft Teams. These sessions are open to all OHIO students, faculty and staff. 

• Each session will last approximately one hour
• Vendors will provide an overview of their company and proposed solutions
• Sessions will be recorded for later viewing
• Attendees will be asked to share feedback after participating

Volunteer for product testing

In addition to demonstrations, community members are invited to test selected survey platforms and provide feedback.

• Testing will be conducted asynchronously
• Participants will receive guided instructions and specific evaluation criteria
• Feedback will help inform final recommendations

Sign up now to share your interest. OIT will follow up to confirm availability once demonstration schedules are finalized and testing environments are ready. If your availability changes after signing up, that’s okay; you can still opt in or out later.
