WellWorks continues supporting employee health, well-being
For many Ohio University employees, the demands of a busy work week can leave little room for personal health. WellWorks, OHIO's wellness center for employees, exists to change that.
Located at Grover Center E124, WellWorks is Ohio University's wellness center dedicated to supporting employees, their spouses and partners, graduate students and the Athens community. Membership includes access to the fitness center, group fitness classes, personal training, fitness assessments and a range of specialty classes and workshops throughout the year.
“WellWorks has a long-standing tradition of providing impactful health and well-being opportunities for the OHIO and greater community,” said Wes Bonadio, director of Recreation. “We are excited to be a part of this good work prioritizing employee well-being at Ohio University. With any change comes the opportunity to connect with our members in new ways, and we are motivated to continue the WellWorks success going forward.”
Membership options range from a one-month pass to a full year, with flexible monthly payment plans available for employees who prefer to spread out the cost. Employees interested in joining can find membership details at ohio.edu/wellworks/movement/membership.
