OHIO musical theater graduate found more than competition on the stage at Lincoln Center

Ohio University musical theater graduate Jacob Simmons took the stage at New York City’s Lincoln Center as one of 10 finalists in the American Pops Orchestra NextGen National vocal competition. Beyond the performance, the experience gave Simmons a chance to learn from fellow performers and industry professionals while embracing a perspective on success rooted in joy, growth and celebrating others.
