Maya Clouse-Henry gains practical expertise through internship at The Painted Turtle

Far from Ohio University in Lake Hughes, California, Maya Clouse-Henry took on an internship soaked in fun, where she deepened her understanding of early childhood education and place-based learning. Clouse-Henry is working toward a dual master’s degree in environmental studies with the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service and parks, recreation, and leisure studies from the Patton College of Education.
